Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle accounts payable process• Manage approval process and vendor data• Maintain AP and related ledgers• Manage recurring invoices and credit card expenses• Research transactions and provide accurate accounting codes• Prepare for Board of Directors meetings• Maintain organizational files and serve as first point of contact• Complete business registrations and file for nonprofit status• Manage insurance policies, service agreements, leases, and utilities• Assist with creating and following Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience• 2+ years working with grants in a non-profit setting• Advanced experience in Excel and MS 365/Google suite• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely• Passion for customer satisfaction and self-improvement• Personal and corporate integrity
