The North East Regional Manager will oversee Warehouse Operations at the New York HVC, as well as provide oversight for Hartford, Indianapolis & Washington HVCs operations.
What you'll do...
Oversee Warehouse Operations at the New York HVC, as well as provide oversight for Hartford, Indianapolis & Washington HVCs operations, including but not limited to:
-Safety, Quality, LPMH, Budget, UAW Relations, and Facility Maintenance
-Environmental compliance (ISO 14001), cross-functional teams, and energy reduction initiatives
-Operational efficiency improvements
-Supporting local labor negotiations
-Maintaining and fostering positive relationships and communication with dealers, parts managers, carriers, and corporate support functions
-Direct and indirect leadership of salaried staff to ensure achievement of key performance metrics.
-Assisting with the development of budgets and business plans for the facilities
-Supervision and coaching of HVC Managers/Operations Managers to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement across all metrics.
-Responsible for customer service within the assigned geographic areas
-Deliver Our Ford+ Plan.

-Manage UAW relationships and support collective bargaining efforts.
-Oversee facility budget and ensure financial targets are met.
-Responsible for all on-site personnel management and development
-Serve as the primary point of contact between Ford and the local Community
You'll have...
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
•Proven experience leading a Parts Distribution Center
•Extensive experience managing and leading facilities with demonstrated leadership abilities.
•In-depth knowledge of FCSD/PS&L Distribution Processes
•Prior experience in Managing Union facilities and/or Union negotiations is required.
