Position Details The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by Spy Ninjas HQ. The facilities coordinator's main duty is to be a viable asset to the team by taking a vested interest in the operations of Spy Ninjas HQ. The facility coordinator will create a better environment for Spy Ninja HQ guests and team members by addressing maintenance issues with the Spy Ninjas HQ facility. This includes effective internal and external communications, technician and vendor-partner relations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Restaurant kitchen equipment knowledge a plus and will be given screening priority. Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs. Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes at the park. Manage and maintain equipment and machinery in the park. Inspections to code will be conducted in all park areas by the facilities team. Identifies process/procedural improvements that will lead to greater efficiency and effectiveness of operations and cost cutting initiatives to communicate to the facility manager. Ensures safety and compliance with Health Department, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies standards, regulations, and codes. Install and maintain all plumbing fixtures. Collaborates with other appropriate facilities team members. Assists in maintaining the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment. Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment to the facilities manager. Apply knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles for repairs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and safety to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Provides long term solutions and daily support to all operating teams having issues with troubleshooting, problem analysis, equipment failures, etc. Assist with training employees on proper work methods and safety procedures. Complete incident reports and manage all maintenance incidents. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment that will be conducive to maximize morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Anticipate facility issues and take action to prevent them. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications for Success: High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of process and project maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills. Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, inventory and scheduling software, preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Complete and pass a background check.
