Pay is a fee-for-service model. Fully empaneled PCPs earn an average of $66/hr or $99/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 20 to 30 mins. NP's compensation is $33 per encounter and a robust incentive program.
We are a 7-day-a-week operation offering PCPs the freedom to set their own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.
PCPs are also supported by a strong team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical team who work with you to ensure our patients get the care and follow-up they need. We require a high degree of technical skill utilizing software and an open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by our product and engineering teams. We are in network with most PPO insurance plans and help our patients understand their coverage so that providers can focus on what is most important.
Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certificationCurrently licensed in California and at least one of the following states: CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as neededValid DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical settingAt least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferredMust be Board Certified in Family or Internal MedicineCommitment to evidence-based medicineWillingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
