Responsibilities:Performing assessments and providing follow up careOrdering diagnostic tests and prescribing chemotherapy and iron infusion therapyConducting cancer surveillanceProviding patient education and interacting with familiesResponding to survivorship issues and needsProviding palliative care and assist with advanced planningEnsuring continuity of care across settings and levels of careCompensation & Benefits:120K – 140K Base Salary DOE
