Building Location:Brainerd ClinicDepartment:20124 Palliative CareJob Description:The Elder Care team at Essentia Health Brainerd Clinic is comprised of 2 Physicians, 3 APPs, 1 RN, and 1 LPN. This engaged and inspired team collaborates to ensure the highest level of care. The team works to achieve health and vitality in our communities by caring for patients in the outpatient setting and creating an environment to exceed the expectations of our patients and families.
