Np / Pa - Urology Perrysburg

Wood County Urology Perrysburg Office, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is seeking applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will perform duties in accordance with customary rules of ethics and conduct of the applicable State Board. 
 
Shift Details: Hours: 36 hours per week
M-Th 8:00 am - 5:00 pm F 8:00 am - 12:00 pmShift: Day shift 
Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education:            
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.Minimum Certification:        
Nurse Practitioner certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.OR
Physician Assistant certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.Preferred Experience:
