Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your journey, we're committed to your growth.The Nuclear Sales Manager role includes: Work with the Regional Director, Sales to develop a sales plan that, in coordination with Company's business plan, will meet or exceed expected sales goals; Update the sales plan on a quarterly basis;Utilize market research and demographics to identify sales prospects within territory and ensure that field activities maximize opportunities to develop contract relationships;Close new and renewal business to meet/exceed established sales plan goals;Guide and participate in the development and negotiation of all contracts;Monitor, document and track the level of customer satisfaction and achievement of call metrics;Ensure that territorial sales activity, contact profiles and documentation is accurate and current;Maintain proper client files and records;Coordinate with other Nuclear Sales Managers on specific objectives of the business plan to achieve company objectives;Call on customers and prospects independently and with Pharmacy Managers and other Nuclear Sales Managers as needed to build and retain relationships at every level, influencing contract decisions;Implement strategies for overcoming prospects' objections and resolve problems encountered with existing and potential customers.Qualifications: Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor's of Science required - MBA or advanced degree is desirable;5+ years experience in medical sales – radiopharmaceutical industry preferred;Broad knowledge of the Medical Industry – Business and/or Sales and Marketing;Develop and execute tactical sales plans which met or exceeded objectives;Efficiently close deals and achieve/exceed sales targets;Highly organized and with very effective time management skills;Strong sales negotiation, written and verbal communication skills;Experienced at developing and delivering highly effective sales and marketing presentations;Customer focused; team oriented.Qualified candidates, please begin the application process by clicking the "apply" button at the top or bottom of this page or go to jdiri.com/about/join.
