About the role:
We are looking for outgoing pet lovers to interact with customers in Petco and PetSmart.
The purpose of this job is to share and highlight the many benefits of Nulo's premium pet foods and to encourage customers to convert to Nulo products for their dogs and cats.
The job title is Nulo Brand Ambassador, and your performance will be measured by the sales results of Nulo within the stores you work.
The hours for this role are generally 14-21 hours per week, with 3.5 hour shifts available from Thursday through Sunday.
The pay for this position is $21 per hour with the opportunity to achieve incentives as you increase the sales in your assigned stores.

While a sales background is beneficial, it is not a requirement for the position.

What you'll do: Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations, that demonstrate a genuine love for pets, and establish rapport.
Proactively involve pet parents by actively listening to their stories and experiences with their pets and showing them genuine interest and empathy.
Recognize and understand the individual aspects that make each pet parent's bond with their pets unique while paying attention to important details and cues.
Apply a vast product knowledge to effectively communicate how Nulo products can enhance the special connection between pet parents and their pets.
Guide and assist pet parents in selecting the most suitable Nulo products for their pet's needs.
Create lasting impressions by expressing gratitude to pet parents for sharing their stories, dedicating their time and attention, and demonstrating care for their pets.
These responsibilities emphasize the importance of building connections with pet parents, utilizing active listening and demonstrating product expertise.
These actions are crucial for helping customers recognize the benefits of Nulo products for their pets and in turn build our Nulo sales.

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
Must be able to stand/walk a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to surrounding locations within a 30-mile radius.
Must have an active e-mail account and daily computer access.
