Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a full-time Nurse Coordinator-Registered Nurse to support the Federal Occupational Health Clinic at the Federal Trade Commission (Z3K) in Washington, DC .
Position Highlights:

Excellent work/life balance | Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Freedom from weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities

Low-stress environment, focusing on employee health

Care for adult employees working at the Federal Building, not the public

Position Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in an occupational health setting including: first aid, emergency response, provision of treatments prescribed by a personal physician, assessing and monitoring environmental hazards for special classes of employees, promoting optimal employee wellness, & risk-based prevention programs

Provide education to clients (BP monitoring, flu immunizations, etc.)
Coordinates, plans, and implements all administrative activities (order medical supplies, etc.)
Position Requirements:

2 years of RN experience providing direct patient care required

Must be able to perform a blood draw and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections

Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)

Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

Active RN licensure in any of the 50 states, active and unrestricted

Minimum 1 year supervisor/management experience preferred
