We are looking for a Wellness Nurse/LPN to join our team!
You will support our Director of Wellness by assisting in all aspects of resident care.
What you'll be doing: Evaluate resident care needs and communicate with physiciansUpdate medical chartsManage medication and monitor team members in administration of mediation, including frequent audits of medication recordsOrder medications from pharmacy and maintain recordsAssure that medications are properly stored and cared for Observe residents' health status and take actions to address concerns within scope of practiceObserve, record, and notify Executive Director, Director of Wellness, physician, family, and pharmacist of significant changes to residents' condition and reactions to medication, treatments, and significant incidentsMaintain all health equipment for safe and proper functionComplete incident reports: evaluate for need of intervention to minimize risk of further occurrencesRead and decipher medications and charts Supervise and evaluate abilities of personal care team members What you'll bring to the table: RN or LVN/LPN with an unencumbered license to practice in the state of applicationFirst Aid/CPR Certification Flexibility, Adaptability and a great attitude What's in it for you:
