Salary: $240,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of ambulatory patient care across multiple disciplines including nursing, laboratory, and radiology.Direct a team of HBC Nurse Coordinators, Practice Coordinators, and an Unrelated Search Coordinator, ensuring adherence to standardized operating procedures.Develop and revise SOPs for patient care during various phases including evaluation, apheresis, and transplantation.Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.Utilize performance indicators to evaluate staff and patient care, orchestrating improvement strategies and staff development initiatives.Participate in active recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the clinical team.Collaborate with clinical leaders and supervisors to optimize service utilization and patient satisfaction.Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge related to BMT and Cellular Therapy procedures.Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California or relevant clinical specialty.Active American Heart Association CPR Certification.At least five years of nursing experience with a minimum of three years in Hematology/BMT/Cellular Therapies.Two years of experience in a nurse supervisor or nurse manager role within a complex, matrixed healthcare setting.Demonstrated knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, licensing, compliance, and accreditation standards.Exemplary organizational and project management skills, capable of leading diverse teams and initiatives.Proficient in healthcare information technology and patient care management systems.Preferred Qualifications: BMTCN (ONCC) certification.Master's Degree in Nursing.Experience in TJC and FACT accreditation surveys.Two years of experience as a BMT/Cellular Therapy nurse coordinator in an academic setting.Skills: Strong leadership and fiscal management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex organizational structures.Effective change management skills, comfortable with the integration of new technologies and scientific advances.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks efficiently.In-depth knowledge of BMT/Cellular Therapy practices and patient care workflow optimization.Benefits: Competitive salary including Bonus opportunities.Comprehensive healthcare benefits.SIGNING BONUS + Paid Relocation.Hybrid remote working arrangement.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading national medical center.
