Progressive and growing 400+ bed trauma center

Position will manage a busy, growing 20+ bed mixed ICU with a team of 80 FTE's including a team of Assistant Nurse Managers, and Educator

Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Nurse Manager ICU Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
RN Active License.
At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in the acute care hospital setting (Assistant Nurse Manager / Supervisors will be considered).
Visible and approachable leader.
Able to work collaboratively across all levels.
