Nestled in San Francisco's Excelsior neighborhood on a nine-acre campus, the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL) is a center of excellence in providing a continuum of care. This includes the Frank Residences, offering assisted living and memory care services; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, featuring long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and an acute psychiatric unit specialized in mental healthcare for older adults over age 55; and the Jewish Home and Senior Living Foundation.

What you'll do as a Nurse Manager: Direct and participate in the development, implementation, and goals of the unit.Develop and maintain unit-specific Quality Assurance and Improvement Activities.Work in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to assure an integrated approach.Provide a professional role model.Assure that unit operations follow TITLE 22, OBRA, and other regulatory requirements and standards.Evaluate staff knowledge and skill with staff development to conduct appropriate in-service training.Plan and evaluate programs and recommend changes as needed.
