Wellfound is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager to join our inpatient psychiatric team. Swing Shift 1 pm - 9:30 pm. Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is a 120-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Tacoma, Washington. We are Department of Health and Joint Commission accredited, providing care to both voluntary and involuntary patients.

Position Information: We are looking for a strong candidate that possesses strong leadership and clinical skills as this position is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of an assigned unit(s) to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost-efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and nursing practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, and supports collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. This leader must have exceptional communication skills as they will be interacting with all levels of staff.
