Nurse Manager Med/Surg

Community hospital looking to bring on Manager Med/Surg! Must have Acute Care Experience. Capable of learning quickly, manage day to day with the unit effectively. Reports to Director of Med/Surg. 2 Managers on the Unit with 33 FTE's. On-Call Requirement: 1x every 4 Weeks Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1. Licensed RN with BSN. 3+ years of experience in clinical nursing. Prior management experience as a Charge Nurse. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification. Basic Rhythm Interpretation class required within 6 months of hire.
