Nurse Practitioner Full-Time Day Shift -Hamilton County

Employee will be expected to:- provide nurse practitioner services on-site to inmates at QCHC's facilities.- give appropriate medical orders to direct medical and nursing care provided by QCHC nursing staff at sites.- document all clinical encounters in the medical record- participate in the quality assurance, risk management, and staff education activities- coordinate and communicate with jail administration as necessary- participate in meetings with jail administration, Sheriffs, and/or other county officials as needed; work with off-site healthcare providers as necessary.Job Requirements:Master's degree in Nursing requiredMust have current and valid CRNPMust have current, unencumbered license in the state of practice1-3 years of previous Nurse Practitioner experience preferredExperience working in corrections preferredCurrent BLS certifiedCustom Fields#IND1
