The Center for Internal Medicine is a Wellness Clinic with specialty in anti aging, weight loss, hormonal treatments and IV Vitamin Infusion programs which we customize to meet the needs of each individual patient.
We serve communities in North West Suburbs and Wisconsin border, and are rapidly expanding.
Our Providers specialize in delivering exceptional care through assessing patient eligibility for Options medications and programs.
*Job Responsibilities Include:*
* Developing holistic treatment plans for diseases
* Assessing patient's emotional, mental and spiritual needs
* Facilitating recovery plans and health maintenance routines
* Performing acupressure
* Providing nutritional counseling
* Integrating herbal therapy
* Assessing patients and diagnosing illnesses
* Ordering and interpreting tests
* Documenting patients' medical history
* Prescribing medications, hormones and functional medicine treatments
* Performing medical procedures
* Referring patients to specialists
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
