COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary: $123K-$170K (per experience) plus annual merit increases to 7% 
Relocation - $30K
Sign on: 10% of base salary 
Retention bonus: 10% of base salary at 2 years 
Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
CME: $4K + 40 Hours
PTO: 10 hours per pay period (400 hours can be banked or paid out yearly)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)


Outpatient psychiatry, treat patients 18 years +
Services we provide: Crisis intervention, Psychiatric evaluation, Psychiatric medication management, Psychotherapy (group, family, and limited individual), Group skill building
PPD: 4 intakes a week. Intakes are 1.5 hours, follow ups are 30 minutes.
Work with our psychiatric care team that supports each patient we see.
Our team consists of MP/NP, Nurse Case Manager, Directing Clinician (who does brief intervention, some individual therapy, and provides treatment plans for case management), 3 Behavioral Health Case Managers, 1 CMA, 1 admin/scheduler

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)


2+ Years experience
Current Certification or will be certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurse Credentialing Center, (NP) with added qualifications in psychiatry. 
Must be able to work in a team environment
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a multi-disciplinary setting, with prescriptive privileges OR successful completion of a behavioral health clinical rotation 
Must be eligible for DEA certification
