Nurse Practitioner

Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!




Full time (30-40 hours/week) position open for NP in a *skilled nursing facility in Wayne, NJ.

Offering flexible hours and days.
No weekend, evenings or on call required!




Responsibilities:


* Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients


* Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions


* Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists




Qualifications:


* Previous RN experience - *NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!

* Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member


* Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast paced environment


* Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers




Job Type: Full-time




Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
