Nurse Practitioner (Np) - Neonatal In Belmont, Nc

We are seeking a skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team in a Level 1 newborn unit in Belmont, NC. This unit expects around 600 deliveries each year and maintains an average daily census of about 5 newborns. The NNP will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to newborns and ensuring their health and safety.  The NNP will be responsible for performing daily rounds on newborns in-house during the day, attending deliveries when requested, and taking call from home during the night. Additionally, the practitioner will be responsible for stabilizing, managing, and facilitating the transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs. The position involves 24-hour shifts, with a mix of in-house care during the day and on-call duties from home.

Qualifications:


Board Certified Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
NC license (or willingness to obtain).
A minimum of two years of employment experience as an NNP (RN experience not included).
