Employment type: Full time What you'll be working on: Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor. Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits. Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams. Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between April 2024 and October 2024. Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for licensure prior to October 2024. Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA. The base salary for this role is $132,700 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
