We're in search of a certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Functional Medicine to join our vibrant team. This part-time opportunity is perfect for an innovative professional deeply committed to holistic health and personalized patient support. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and empowering patients, harnessing both conventional medical practices and integrative methodologies to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, delving into patient histories, performing physical examinations, and administering diagnostic tests to craft tailored treatment plans.
Implement functional medicine strategies to address the root causes of illness, integrating nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and other non-invasive modalities.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless and holistic care experiences.
Maintain meticulous and precise medical records utilizing our cutting-edge virtual medical assistant platform.
Engage with patients through virtual consultations and in-person visits, consistently upholding the highest standards of care and safety.
Pursue continuous education and training to remain current with advancements in functional medicine practices.
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in WA and OR.
Certification or significant training in Functional Medicine (e.g., IFM Certified Practitioner).
Demonstrated experience in a clinical environment, preferably with a focus on holistic and integrative medicine.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to educate and empower patients.
Comfortability with technology, including proficiency in virtual health platforms and electronic health records.
Compensation:
1-hour consultations: $150
30-minute follow-ups: $75
A 15% passive income share of monthly collections, disbursed monthly or quarterly to the provider for "your panel."
A 5% passive income stream allocated to medical assistant/virtual assistant support.
