Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitionerto provide advanced care in a 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and a 16-bed Transitional Care Unit (TCU). The PICU serves critically ill infants and children, while the TCU focuses on moderate-to-high complexity cases, including solid organ transplant recovery, non-invasive ventilation, and post-operative specialty care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care for pediatric patients in PICU and TCU settings.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans.Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing with valid Nurse Practitioner licensure.CPNP-AC certification(Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner).PALSand BLS certifications.Minimum six (6) months of Pediatric Acute Care NP experience in PICU or similar settings.Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: $186,279–$244,976, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance.
