Your responsibilities include:Perform physical examinations to obtain physical data.Prescribe and manage medications to treat illness and monitor for compliance, in a very conservative practice.Understand and order medically necessary procedures.Order and interpret laboratory data.Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical history.Evaluate patient care, adjusting the plan of care based on outcomes, diagnostic test results and patient feedback.Coordination of care between patient and all treating physicians.Other duties as assigned by physician within the scope of licensure and practice agreement.Travel to other locations may be required.Background and Experience:Graduate of an accredited AANP, ARNP, or ARC-PA program.
New graduates are welcome to apply.Current Licensure in Ohio is required.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training required.Critical Thinking skills to quickly and accurately assess a patient's health, as well as to detect and take action for any changes, is required.Capacity to deal with severely ill and physically impaired patients.Great interpersonal skills with sound judgment, maturity, and an ability to establish good rapport with patients, physicians, vendors, and staff.Ability to deal with patients, physicians and staff with tact and diplomacy.#IND3
