This Exceptional Healthcare Organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate *Women's Nurse Practitioner/FNP/PA* to join their team in the *Southampton, NY *area. Under licensed physician supervision, you will deliver exceptional patient care by conducting medical assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and implementing treatment plans. You will perform physical examinations, order necessary procedures, prescribe medications, administer immunizations, and manage wounds and infections.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
* Perform comprehensive health assessments and establish medical diagnoses.
* Order, perform, evaluate, and prescribe medications, diagnostic studies, and treatments.
* Execute treatments and invasive procedures, educate, and counsel patients.
* Assist with surgical follow-up and surveillance of high-risk patients.
* Document data and findings from physical examinations, diagnostic studies, visits, and phone calls comprehensively.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, genetic counselors, radiologists, and pathologists.

*Requirements:*
* Relevant clinical practice experience.
* Prescriptive privileges in New York State.
