This is a travel positionThis role requires travel across our Heartland Hospice and Gentiva Hospice locations in Michigan.This position reports to the AVPO and is responsible for providing high interaction with patients as well as new hire clinicians during hospice visits.Facilitates the learning experience to allow preceptees to perform competently in their required responsibilities.
