We are seeking an experienced
Nursery Room Leader
to join our team to establish and develop our new nursery.
The Room Leader is a qualified childcare professional with responsibility for the day-to-day running of their room. You will perform an important role caring for children, maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment, supervising staff, and imparting your knowledge and skills to others. You should be a creative and reflective leader able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.
The initial responsibilities for the role will be to provide support to the start-up and development of this new setting. Support will be provided by the Nursery Manager and wider team.
