Job Description
The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all clinical functions, nursing practice, and the standards of care related to the delivery of patient care within the Breast Ambulatory locations. Registered nurse serving as a collaborative resource and program leader for patients and the Breast Surgery team. Works to assess patient's individual needs, connecting and referring them to appropriate supportive services and resources.
Works collaboratively with the physicians and administrative leadership teams regarding implementation of new services, locations, staff education and training and quality projects. Provides regional support to Breast and subspecialties to enhance patient throughput, experience and outcomes.  
Travel may be required as needed between offices. Qualifications Bachelor of Science, Nursing (BSN)
5 years or more as a Registered Nurse.
Current RN license in the state if Connecticut
