is seeking a compassionate and experienced

Director of Nursing

to lead our team of healthcare professionals.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Oversee the hiring and professional development of nursing staff, ensuring they possess the skills and competencies required to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and expertise to meet the needs of our residents.
Monitor and address any incidents or concerns within the facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
Conduct regular assessments of resident needs, ensuring their health and well-being are met.


Requirements:
Current State RN license required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills, with a strong commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.
