The Nursing Director Critical Care/Step-Down has oversight for nursing care delivery, standards of nursing practices, and objectives. Responsibilities include organizing and managing the department, associated cost centers, budgets, and services. The Director will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the professional and supportive nursing personnel while regulating activities of the nursing units, analyzing and evaluating nursing services provided.
