Position Title: Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Pleasant Valley is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to work providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.
SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000 for LNHA!!! Position Summary: Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities: Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License 3 plus years experience preferred Should have overall operations knowledge Excellent communication and managerial skills Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff Solid work history within the healthcare community Must meet all local health regulations.
