Nursing House Supervisor

House Supervisor position available in our Nursing Services department. House Supervisor duties involve working in a variety of nursing departments, assuming house responsibilities, and serving as a resource throughout the shift with regards to staffing, coordination of nursing service activities and patient care in a rural hospital setting.
The House Supervisor hours are 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 0.90 FTE, with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. WI RN license and ACLS required. BSN, PALS and NRP preferred. A minimum of two years' experience in hospital-based nursing strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, organization and teambuilding skills with ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively.
