Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the hospital.
They assume responsibility for the coordination of age appropriate patient care activities in the absence of the CNO, utilizing knowledge of standards, policies and procedures outlined for the facility.
They coordinate nursing care activities within the nursing services in the absence of the Unit Directors and provide overall management of the facility.
They maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support the mission, vision and values of the organization.
36 hours, 12-hour shifts BSN or willing to obtain Day shift but must be willing to cover Weekends and/or nights.
