Ob/Gyn Needed For Locum Tenens Coverage At Health System In Eastern North Carolina

A health system with a 114-bed hospital is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage. Top sights in Eastern North Carolina to see include the Biltmore, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the North Carolina Zoo! This position requires 24-hour call coverage for inpatient only, with an average inpatient census of 2 and typically 1 admission per day and 1 per night. The clinician will not respond to codes. NRP certification is required, and ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) certification must be obtained within 6 months for those planning to stay long-term. Additionally, the clinician must show evidence of completing the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course within the last 2 years. The facility uses the EPIC EMR system.
