Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner Needed For Locum Tenens Coverage At Facility In Colorado

A military facility is seeking an OB/GYN nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Colorado. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and involves providing a full range of nurse practitioner services based on outcome-focused care within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Responsibilities include general screening, medical care for routine, acute, and chronic conditions, immunizations, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling. The role also involves teaching and guiding other staff, delivering evidence-based educational lectures, and participating in in-service training. The provider will manage patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma, while promoting preventive care and health maintenance. The EMR system used is MHS GENESIS.
