Seeking an Obstetrician-Gynecologist 1.0 FTE in Renton, WA to join our collaborative team |All aspects of OB and GYN| 4-Day work week | We are currently hiring a full-time OBGYN 1.0 FTE who wants to build a practice working in a collaborative, collegial work environment. Care includes but is not limited to clinic consults, follow ups, general women's care, in-office procedures, prenatal OB care, deliveries, and high-risk obstetrics with consultation from perinatology service. We are proud participants in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program About the position: Clinic Hours 8-5 General Schedule- 4-day work week Call – ~4-5x/month – 1-2 weekend days (F,S,S); rotating through a Friday every 10 weeks, fixed weekday call 3 providers on call at a time - 180-200 deliveries/month Average # of patients per day – 24-28 Dedicated MA Support staff - RN Triage/Advice, LCSW, dedicated Surgery Schedulers Practitioners - 16 physicians (2 are in-clinic only), 3 Laborists, 2 PA's, 4 ARNP's, 6 CNM's Referral to Lactation consultants in the hospital – pre and post OB consults BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our distinguished recognitions include: Accredited as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery from Surgical Review Corporation (SRC) American Medical Association 's 2022 Joy in Medicine Health System Recognition Program for our efforts to improve physician well-being and combat burnout The Joint Commission 's award of full accreditation triennially for meeting/exceeding national and safety performance standards Inclusion on Becker's Hospital Review's list of 153 Great Community Hospitals for 2023 and 2024 Named LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leader since 2011 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Receipt of an "A" grade on the Lown Institute Hospitals Index for outstanding social responsibility About the area: Located in Renton, Washington, Valley Medical Center is the largest nonprofit healthcare provider between Seattle and Tacoma, serving more than 600,000 residents.
