* *OT Rate:- *1.5 times of W2 *(Overtime Starts After:40)*

* *Call Back Rate: *1.5 times of W2


* *On Call Rate: *$5 per hour pager




*Job Details:*


* Shift: 12 hour shifts.
Must be flexible, includes weekends and holidays.
Both day and night shift coverage.


* Experience – Minimum 5 years of Labor and Delivery Nurse, Obstetrics RN


* Active AZ RN License Required




*General Certifications:*


* BLS/BCLS


* ACLS


* NRP
