Responsibilities
• Process and submit MFTE files for review• Review first-year files and arrange for storage• Report non-compliance issues• Assist with completion of required documents• Support Community Manager during audits and reporting• Ensure proper use of compliance software• Assist with projects and Property Management Operations• Interpret and understand tenant file information• Communicate complex compliance issues to residents• Provide technical assistance on reporting
Requirements
• Working knowledge of MFTE and affordable programs• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Strong judgement and critical thinking skills• 1-2 years on-site property management experience• Experience meeting affordable program requirements• Experience with Yardi preferred• Clear verbal and written communication• Ability to interpret complex documents• Valid driver's license
