You'll work closely with the Director of Medical Operations to ensure seamless clinical care delivery, clinician onboarding, and effective center management.


Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and lead by example in an Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care setting
Oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure best-in-class care delivery
Collaborate with the Director Team to drive clinical improvements and ensure workflow compliance
Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests
