Qualifications:
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
Successfully completed the therapist level field work requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapist & hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited program
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required by start date)

Annual Salary Ranges**
Full Time: $84,870 - $104,663
Part Time: $41,933 +
**Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and caseload.
