As an Occupational Therapist with Tender Touch Rehab, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S.
or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable
