Qualifications: Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy license Must have home health/hospice experience Knows how to use HospiceMD for charting CPR or BLS Certification Recent physical and TB tests (within one year) Driver's License or State ID Registration with the National Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association Completion of at least six months of supervised Occupational Therapy fieldwork ***PER VISIT RATE***
