Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.Or
Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience
Coursework/Training and Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience
