Our interdisciplinary team provides evaluations, recommendations for equipment, treatment plans, and daily documentation for adults and adolescents with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and/or neurological behavioral issues.
Treatment plans encompass BADL, IADL, home accessibility, adaptive equipment, UE orthotic devices, visual assessment and treatment, pre-driving assessment and training, functional mobility training, community integration, and family education.
As an occupational therapist, you will develop home exercise programs for long-term patients, train restorative aides, and familiarize yourself with departmental equipment.
Anticipated Work Schedule

32 Hours

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible schedule)

Job Requirements
NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR).
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with certification

State of Michigan current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
2-3 years of work experience with Neurological disorders, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, and/or Orthopedic injury preferred.
