Raze Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Kapaau, Big Island of Hawaii. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients and working as an integral member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position may require weekend and holiday availability.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.Provide patient care and education, including therapeutic activities and exercises.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the highest quality care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii.Two years of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.Successful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination.Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Available for dayshift, with some weekend and holiday availability.Raze Therapeutics offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, and the opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization.
