Position Details: Compensation: Pay Per Visit, averaging $93,000-$98,000 per year.
Sign-On Incentive: $5,000!
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Educate and empower patients to regain lost skills or adapt to new ones
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records
Requirements: - Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous work setting
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Coverage Area: East Portland and Gresham
