Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor skills, visual perception, sensory integration, and self-care tasks. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the educational curriculum. Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to support students' needs. Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. State of Illinois OT license Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
