Occupational Therapist (Prn, As Needed)

Education: Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.


Licensure/Certification: Indiana State licensure is required.
Must be current in BLS/CPR.


Experience: Experience preferred.


Mental/Physical Effort: Close attention to detail of procedures, technique, and positioning is required at all times.Ability to work unsupervised and capability for quick decision-making.Demands lifting/transporting of patients and lifting/moving of equipment.
Requires ability to maneuver in close quarters and around equipment.
Demands frequent or prolonged standing, sitting, stooping and bending.
Requires normal (or corrected) vision and hearing.
