Areas of Responsibility:Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician's direction within the post-acute setting.Supervision of occupational therapist assistants, within scope of practiceCommunication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes!
